Suzanne Dikker accepts payment through PayPal. PayPal allows secure payment from your bank account or PayPal credit. Please note that your registered PayPal address must match your requested shipping address.

Suzanne Dikker remains the full owner of all delivered products until the payment and other due amounts are fully complied.

Please note that local charges (customs duty, sales tax) can occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at costumers expense.

Generally, products can be returned within 14 days after delivery date provided that:

  • The product is to be returned in the same condition as when received

  • Shipping costs are at costumers own expense

  • Products must be sent back with tracking code

  • The payment (purchase without original shipping costs) will be refunded within 7 days after reception of the package

Return address will be provided by e-mail.

When returning an item, please enclose matching invoice including your name and address. Please provide the tracking number upon shipping your return.
